By accessing or using PDFFast ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of any changes.

2. Use of Service

PDFFast provides free online tools for working with PDF and related document formats. You may use the Service for personal and commercial purposes, provided you comply with these terms.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using PDFFast, you represent that you meet this requirement. You are responsible for ensuring that any use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload or process files that contain illegal content, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material.
  • Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features of the Service.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service in a way that places excessive load on our infrastructure.
  • Violate the intellectual property rights of others by uploading files you do not have permission to process.
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious code through the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of any files you process and the output files you download. Because all processing happens locally in your browser and files are never transmitted to our servers, we have no access to your content and make no claim of ownership over it.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the results of using the Service will be accurate or reliable.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PDFFAST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed $10 USD.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
